Rattigan Lawyers is a boutique general law practice owned by Peter Rattigan who has over thirty years broad legal experience in Western Australia.

Peter graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1973 and was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1976. He established his own law firm in1977, accepting instructions in all areas of law, and he has developed a wide and extensive knowledge of the law. In addition to managing his own firm, Peter has held teaching positions with the University of Western Australia and Curtin University, acted as senior consultant to specialist Family Law firms and Civil Litigation firms and assisted several government funded legal bodies, most recently as part time Principal Solicitor of the Mental Health Law Centre.

He has represented clients in complex civil matters that have eventually been decided on appeal by the High Court and has over thirty years experience, and particular interest in, Family Law.  He is an all round professional who has empathy with his clients and minimizes the stress that legal issues place on clients.

Pamela Rattigan is a qualified para legal of 15 years standing and manages the administration of the firm.
